Residents of Abbeyfield House are loving the recent renovations thanks to Revilo Developments!
Abbeyfield House is a sheltered housing facility in Radcliffe, managed by Bury society. The house has recently added a new kitchen, dining room and one-bedroomed apartment to its renowned facilities on Turks Road. The project was completed inside three months by Rochdale-based property development organisation, Revilo Developments (part of Revilo Group).
Yvonne Creswell, Chairman of Abbeyfield House, could not be more delighted.
“It is a first-class job, a total transformation,” said Yvonne. “Revilo’s team must be congratulated not only on the exceptional standard of workmanship and speed of service, but also on their willingness to go the extra mile for us.
They have been fantastic from start to finish, also helping out with little additional jobs for our residents along the way and we will actually miss having them around every day!
“We are absolutely thrilled with the result of their efforts and would recommend them to anyone ... they will certainly be our first call for any future jobs.”

But what is especially pleasing is to hear the reaction of the people there. We had previously dealt with one of the trustees and got a great response from the committee to our original plans.
“The extension included a full fit out, with new toilets, carpets and decoration throughout and we are very pleased with the outcome.”
