Bank Senior Care Assistant, Hale Court, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

We are looking to recruit a Bank Senior Care Assistant you will be closely supporting the Home Manager, actively participate and supervise in the delivery of care to the residents, ensuring that their physical, social, intellectual and emotional needs are met.

Location: 7 Culverden Park Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, 

Salary: £9.27 per hour.

Closely supporting the Home Manager, you will actively participate and supervise in the delivery of care to the residents, ensuring that their physical, social, intellectual and emotional needs are met. Responsibilities will include overseeing all the resident care plans in line with their preferences and assisting in the safe control of medication to residents. Day Seniors/Team Leaders will also be required to assist in the induction and support of new care staff at the home. 

Extensive previous care experience in a similar role in registered care setting, together with an NVQ2 and/or working towards NVQ3 or equivalent is essential. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, good organiser and have the ability to work flexibly, both using their own initiative and within a care team.
