The role of Night Senior Care Assistant is varied. You will be assisting residents with medication, liaising with the GP/DN Team, completing any relevant paperwork as required, updating care plans, being responsible for safety of residents. Making decisions regarding needs and being responsible for supervision of care staff working alongside you. You will be expected to assist care staff in their duties as follows - with personal care prior to going to bed/getting up in the morning and when needed throughout the day. Serving/Assisting with drinks and meals as needed and answering call bells.
