Night Senior Care Assistant, Phil Mead House, Binley, Coventry

We are looking to recruit a Night Senior Care Assistant at Phil Mead House, you will be closely supporting the Home Manager, you will oversee the delivery of person-centred care and regularly review individual care plans and risk assessments.

Location: Bredon Avenue, Binley, Coventry

Hours: 20.5 Hours per week

Salary: £9.66 per hour

Supporting the night team in the daily tasks, administering medication, care planning, dealing with emergency situations during the night. Supporting the residents with personal care needs, liaising with families and professionals if needed, has clear understanding of the relevant documentation that is required to be completed.

With a flexible approach to hours and responsibilities, you will possess an appropriate NVQ and a good track record as a carer. This will have given you everything you need to operate with minimal supervision, backed by an organised but empathetic manner, real understanding of the issues and challenges facing older people and enthusiasm for gaining additional skills and qualifications.
