Located in the beautiful market town of Bingley, famous of the Bingley Five Rise Locks on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, Fern House Independent Living is a modern, award-winning development with 49 expertly designed Independent Living with Extra Care apartments and 30 residential apartments which are used for supporting people living with dementia.
Our spacious apartments all have a private entrance, combined living room with dining area and a bathroom with level access shower. You can enjoy the privacy of your own comfortable living space combined with friendship from other residents.
We have many communal areas including a coffee bar, kiosk shop, hair and beauty salon, assisted bathing and spa rooms, and multi seating areas that provide our residents the opportunity to socialise with each other.
Fern House Independent Living is managed by Abbeyfield The Dales Society.
