Abbeyfield House, Downpatrick was built in 1988 and had major refurbishment work carried out in 2003. The house has ten ensuite rooms and is unfurnished ready for you to bring your own furniture and personal belongings, helping to make the house your home. Each room has its own kitchenette which is perfect for making small meals or snacks.
Set in the heart of the town on Market Street, the house is close to local shops and businesses. Beside the house is the St Patrick Centre, one of Northern Ireland's leading attractions telling the story of St Patrick. The centre leads to the Down Cathedral and Down County Museum.

I am the Support Manager in Downpatrick, and started working for Abbeyfield in 2012 alongside a small, dedicated team. We provide a safe, comfortable and homely environment as well as nutritious home cooked meals. This is a very rewarding job ensuring the happiness, safety and comfort of all my residents.
