Elliot House is an annex to Lear House and is a popular place for people looking for respite care. The house has a homely atmosphere, with nine single ensuite bed sitting rooms and a bathroom that allows assisted bathing. We have a residents kitchen and dining room and a large lounge area. All of the rooms have views overlooking the village or the grounds. We have beautiful well maintained gardens which surround the house with a sizeable car park for visitors.

Staff are on duty 24 hours, 7 days a week and our cook is here to serve a freshly cooked midday meal every day as well as preparing breakfast and tea.

Residents are able to take part in the wide range of regular activities that are organised by our dedicated Activities Coordinator, who visits twice a week and organises outings, exercise and activities. Activities range from trips out to local attractions, gardening, shopping, coffee and quiz mornings, arts and crafts, sing-a-longs, cocktail or wine evenings, and music events – there’s something for all tastes!

This house is managed by the Abbeyfield Hoylake & West Kirby Society.
