We are currently looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our busy team in Rugby. In this role you will work towards creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, ensuring all our residents enjoy life with us to the full.

Location: 291 Dunchurch Road, Rugby, CV22 6HP

Salary: £9.08 per hour

Hours: 29 hrs per week, flexible rota working alternate weekends 7.15-14.15 and 14.30-21.30.

We are currently looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our busy team in Rugby. In this role you will work towards creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, ensuring all our residents enjoy life with us to the full. Promoting the physical, social, intellectual and emotional wellbeing of our residents, you will play a key role in ensuring they maintain their independence. Duties will include providing assistance to residents with their personal care including washing and dressing as well as assisting them in all aspects of their daily lives.

Previous experience for this role is not essential as you will receive on the job support and training. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and interact well with people, be comfortable working as part of a team and will be able to empathise with and understand the needs of older people.

Upon commencement, you must be willing to undertake training to achieve NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
