The Abbeyfield Society are a not for profit organisation and have services across the UK and internationally. We have been providing homes to support people to live independently since 1956. We are looking for a Regional Business Manager with significant senior management experience in leading a dispersed workforce across both housing and care related services - covering several counties in the South and West. You will be accountable for the leadership and operational performance of diverse portfolio of services, strategic partnership development and business development in alignment with the Organisation’s Strategy. You will possess comprehensive business management skills in a social and commercial setting with a proven track record of exceeding targets, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and value for money.
With a natural ability to lead, inspire and motivate, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to develop long term business relationships and network in the local community. With highly developed organisational skills, you will be a resilient, driven self-starter who thrives in an autonomous working environment.
