Chichester Society
Abbeyfield Chichester is a small non-profit making company providing residential assisted-living for older people in this glorious cathedral city. We also offer a help at home service.
Our charity is run by a Board of Trustees, local professional people, all of whom give their time voluntarily to ensure the highest standards of compassionate care for our residents and clients. They support a devoted team of managers and staff most of whom have been with us for many years. Our dedicated General Manager is inspirational in her approach to our clients’ happiness.

Our homes
Oakshade
Consisting of three suites, two double rooms and six large single rooms, all with en-suite facilities, the house was built in 1966. We provide delicious, nutritious meals at lunch time at in the event, with provisions for breakfast to be taken in your own room.
Westgate
Westgate was built in 1992 and consists of six single rooms all with en-suite facilities, as well as a communal lounge and conservatory, allowing you to enjoy some privacy with the option of company from others when you'd like it.
