Set in the grounds of the old Bingley hospital overlooking Bingley moors, our innovative, award winning development offers 49 expertly designed Independent Living with Extra Care apartments as well as a 30    Residential apartments which support individuals living with dementia.

Each of our rooms comes equipped with en-suite facilities including a shower room. The fully qualified on-site 24-hour dementia carers provide residents with different levels of care; tailored to suit their individual needs. We make the time to be with our residents, both to benefit their care through appreciating what their personal needs are and to offer companionship and enrichment to their quality of life.

We have many communal areas including a coffee bar, kiosk shop and hair and beauty salon, spa rooms and multi-seating area; the perfect locations to get to know other residents and socialise. You'll also find assisted bathing rooms for residents who would like to have a bath instead of a shower.
