Alresford & District Society

Abbeyfield Alresford is a charitable society providing residential assisted-living for older people in this lovely Georgian market town.

Overseen by local trustees the society aims to run our home to a high standard offering a tranquil, positive and communal environment for residents to enjoy retirement and later life.

We encourage all residents to remain as independent as possible and live life to the full.

Since we acquired this location, just two minutes’ walk from the town centre, it has allowed our residents to participate in the life of the Town whilst having a friendly, comfortable and affordable home.

Bailey House

Bailey House, Alresford is a small development of purpose-built sheltered housing with places for ten residents.  We provides accommodation for older people who are seeking to retain their independence but live as part of a supportive community of like-minded people.

Our home has ten en-suite rooms and kitchen facilities. We also have a communal lounge, dining room, conservatory and secluded gardens which residents are welcome to use at their leisure.
