London Polish Society Ltd

At the Abbeyfield London Polish Society we aim to provide a peaceful, friendly atmosphere at our sheltered living homes. Residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible at the sheltered houses we manage.

We manage three homes in and around south west London. All the houses have a great team of staff and volunteers who uphold the values of the Abbeyfield organisation. Care and support for all residents is paramount in our homes - we encourage residents to make the house a home for life.

Norvid House

Located in Balham, London, Norvid House consists of 7 rooms and was renovated in 1989. Most rooms are en suite and all rooms are unfurnished, so that you can bring your own furniture, making it a home from home. The on site house manager ensures that the house is warm, comfortable and safe and that the three daily Polish meals are varied, nutritious and enjoyable. Most of our existing residents are Polish.

Father Popieluszko House

Located in Acton, Father Popieluszko House was renovated in 1990 and consists of 8 rooms including mobility standard and wheelchair properties. Three Polish meals are provided every day. We are a scheme for, or of particular interest to Polish people, who make up most of our existing residents.

We offer a home from home with support when you need it, delivered by our caring, dedicated and professional team of staff.
