Tamar House is a purpose-built care home, opened in 1987, on the outskirts of Plymouth, close to the hospital, transport routes and other amenities.
The building is fully accessible by service users with disabilities, built on two floors, with a shaft and chair lift. There is accommodation for 28 residents over the age of 65, who may also have physical disabilities, including visual or hearing impairment, Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease.
The staff and facilities are all geared towards providing the best possible extra care home service for our elderly residents.
