Our location

You can find us just outside of Coventry city centre where you can enjoy a range of shops, restaurants and attractions. A little closer to home you can find the Warwickshire Shopping Park, John White Community Centre and local leisure centre.

Our home

Here at Phil Mead House, support you in making your own decisions about how you want to live your life. Recognising the importance of maintaining relationships with family and friends our home is yours to enjoy with those you love.

Our home has 28 en-suite rooms, which which you can personalise any way you’d like with furniture, ornament and trinkets brought with you when you move in. Our en-suite rooms vary, with some with a toilet, sink and mirror, and some with a shower included. We also have two communal shower rooms and two communal bath rooms.

Communal spaces

We also have a wonderful communal areas including a large conservatory which residents and their families are welcome to use at their leisure.

We are particularly proud of our garden which wraps around the whole house and offers a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy whatever the weather.

Activities and events

Our dedicated staff, many of whom have been here for several years and provide continuity of personal care, are here to support you in pursuing hobbies and interests, in keeping active, and living life to the fullest. We also offer weekly ward rounds with the local GP.

We’re proud to offer respite stays at Phil Mead House, a short-stay that can be planned ahead, or in the case of an emergency, last-minute. Suitable for individuals seeking support following post-operative or hospital care, or whilst their regular caregiver takes a break, respite care can also be used as a way of introducing long-term residential care to a loved one.

At Phil Mead House our respite stays include:
- 24/7 care support from our qualified and friendly staff
- Daily activities
- Nutritious meals served daily (dietary requirements can be catered for)
- Housekeeping and linen service
