Our Independent Living Home set in the picturesque outskirts of Silksworth; Hope Bank View, have been listed as one of the expert recommended Top 3 Retirement Villages in Sunderland, by Three Best Rated.
To qualify, they have had to go through a rigorous 50-point inspection, which includes local reviews, history, trading standards, ratings, satisfaction, trust, price and general excellence.
Opened in 2017, this newly built complex has 75 one and two bedroom apartments, each beautifully decorated with modern features and facilities ready for you to bring your own furniture to create your new home.
The complex has a hair salon and treatment room with friendly staff who offer a range of treatments and are happy to help you with information about their services. There is also a luxurious spa bathroom and a selection of dining experiences to choose from with our communal dining and lounge areas. A delicious home-cooked meal is provided daily as part of the service and is served in the dining room which you can enjoy at lunchtime or late afternoon.
