Welcome to our house

Located in the beautiful and characterful village of Ewell in Surrey, Nonsuch Abbeyfield is a retirement village with a community of 60 independent apartments in a three storey building with easy access lifts.

Our apartments have either one or two bedrooms and all have one or two en-suite bathrooms, a modern kitchen and beautifully spacious living areas. All our homes come with either a patio, balcony or Juliet balcony so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Come see the show home to see how well these homes can be furnished to your taste.

Feel safe and secure in our gated community, which is secluded and overlooks Epsom Sports Club and the river Hogsmill. We also have a wonderful community garden, with a boules area and raised beds which are perfect for green fingered residents, catching up with friends and family or relaxing in the sunshine with a book. Don't worry about leaving your beloved pet behind, bring them along with you.

You'll find plenty of amenities at our house including a cinema, fitness suite, club room, on-site hair salon, lounge and quiet room, restaurant, craft/activity room, library, electric charging points for cars and mobility scooters and a guest suite for when family and friends want to stay over.

We are in an excellent location, situated in Ewell Village, close to Ewell West Station and just a short walk to the bus stop for those looking to travel further afield. Less than 10 minutes' walk away are three GP surgeries plus a civic building with a public library and museum. Epsom Downs, home of the Derby is just a short bus ride away as well as the town of Epsom, where you'll discover a selection of shops and banks within the shopping centre and market.
