Orwell Extra Care Society
Paddy Geere House was built in 1996 and renovated in 2002 to provide sheltered housing for 36 older people who need just that little bit of extra care.
Our kind and caring staff and volunteers have a real warmth and an empathy with older people. They will do all they can to help you be as independent as possible for as long as possible.
The friendly house offers companionship with others in our communal areas such as dining room, lounge and well-tended and attractive gardens, so there's always someone to sit and have a chat with.
A balanced diet of two delicious meals, make with locally sourced fresh produce, are cooked every day, and residents make their own breakfast. Staff also deal with all cleaning of communal areas, maintenance and bills - so all you need to worry about is enjoying yourself at Paddy Geere.
