We are the Atholl Society, a charity providing security, companionship and support to all our residents. We have one house in the Perthshire area.
Since 1975 Abbeyfield Atholl Society has provided sheltered accommodation for older people who wish to keep their independence, with the benefit of enjoying tasty home cooked main meals and finding companionship, but without the responsibility of property ownership and maintenance.
Our Sunnybrae property has eight comfortable rooms with either en-suite or private bathroom facilities and a kitchen area. Couples may be accommodated by renting two rooms, using one as a living room and the other as their bedroom. The rooms are let unfurnished so that you can surround yourself with your favourite possessions.
As a prospective resident, we assess everyone to ensure that we can meet all of your needs. You'll then be invited to view the room available and to have lunch with us, a chance to meet and get to know our existing residents to ensure that you feel happy and comfortable with us.
Subject to availability, short term respite stays lasting a minimum of one week can be provided for independent applicants in a furnished bedroom with en-suite or private bathroom facilities.
