We have provided quality aged care to the local community of Dagenham, Essex for over 25 years.
George Brooker House provides residential care for 45 residents for those with dementia, as well as offering day care, respite care and convalescence services.
Our professional team provides a nurturing environment where residents live as independently as possible, cared for with dignity and respect.
Executive committee
The executive committee has ultimate responsibility for the running of the home through the management team. Their primary concern is the wellbeing of the residents and the maintenance of a quality home. The committee comprises of a team of voluntary trustees who give their time for the benefit of the residents. They have expertise in a variety of specialisms, and meet on a regular basis with the house team and the residents' group.

We pride ourselves on our kind and caring staff who have a real affinity for older people, and strongly believe in supporting their independence and freedom of choice, and nurturing their physical, emotional and spiritual well being. All of our staff have up to date training and specialised dementia care training, provide the residents with a variety of activities and many of them are long serving and really spend time getting to know each resident.
