The Holsworthy Society provides older people with sheltered accommodation. Our home, Densham House, offers sheltered living, but allows residents to live as independently as they wish.
Densham Court was built in 1984 to accommodate ten residents in a friendly and supportive environment. The aim of the house is to encourage its residents to maintain their own way of life, but also to offer help and support if it's required.

Our home
Densham Court
Densham Court provides sheltered living accommodation for ten people. It is a purpose built bungalow and consists of 10 rooms - seven with en-suite toilet and hand basin and two with shower en-suite.
All rooms include a small built in modern kitchen area with integral microwave and all are fitted with new carpet. Rooms are provided unfurnished so residents can bring their own furniture. The house also has a large easy to use wet shower room and another small modern bathroom plus a laundry room.
