Ferndean is a well-established and much-loved Lenzie landmark, benefiting from attractive grounds and an impressive frontage on one of the most sought-after addresses in Lenzie. Our Abbeyfield House has extensive mature gardens and offers accommodation for 10 residents in an area of town close to all transport links.

Ferndean has seen a recent programme of modernisation and redecoration to create a fabulous new hallway, larger rooms, brand new ensuites, and a platform lift, while still retaining all the lovely character of the house.

This property is a lovely Victorian house, built in 1900 and renovated in 1989, in a leafy avenue in Lenzie. It is in good decorative condition with accommodation for ten residents.

This very sheltered accommodation is of a high standard. Most rooms are either ensuite or have a bathroom or shower close by for your personal use. Rooms are unfurnished so that you can bring your own furniture and personal possessions to decorate to your own liking.

We have a communal lounge and dining room where you can enjoy time to yourself or sit and chat to other residents or your visitors. We have beautiful gardens which are perfect to take a stroll in the sunshine.
