Welcome to Roland House, Basingstoke
At Roland House, our residents have the privacy of their own accommodation, combined with the companionship of others and support from our dedicated staff – here you can live later life to the full.
Built in 1979, Roland House is full of charm and character and offers accommodation for 10 residents. The majority of our rooms have en-suite facilities and all come unfurnished so you can put a personal touch on your new home.
Completing our house is a communal lounge, dining room and garden for residents to use as and when they wish. Friends and family are welcome to visit at all times, and can join us for meal times.
Roland House is located on the edge of Basingstoke city centre meaning we have excellent access to the shopping centre, market place and Willis Museum.
