Located in Woodbridge, Highlands Care Home is a converted building with a lovely well maintained garden and comfortable, modern accommodation comprising 24 single rooms, all of which are ensuite. Residents may bring their own furniture to make it a home from home. Three home-cooked meals a day are provided by our catering team.

Facilities are available for family or friends to stay overnight.

We value your independence and you are free to come and go as you please and spend your time as you choose. We organise a wide range of social and leisure activities that you are more than welcome to join in with if you wish. 

We serve three meals a day, breakfast is in your room and lunch and supper in our dining room. All meals are home cooked on the premises and wherever possible we source and use fresh local produce.  We will ask you about your likes and dislikes so that we can ensure the menus include some of your favorites. Hot and cold drinks are always available.

We have our own library of books and films and there are iPads available for you to use.

The nearby award-winning Elmhurst Park is a haven for young and old alike, and always has a beautiful display of bedding plants to attract and delight.

Our house has a lovely warm and welcoming feel to it, offering practical, flexible and personalised care to our residents in a safe and secure environment.

Highlands Care Home is managed by the Abbeyfield Deben Extra Care Society.
