Abbeyfield Llanfairfechan is a purpose built retirement home offering sheltered housing which has been carefully designed to accommodate the varying needs of later life.

Located in the historic village of Llanfairfechan, home to peaceful beaches and steeped in history, our home has eight en-suite rooms all with a small kitchenette, allowing you to remain independent; start the day at your own pace and have the facilities to make refreshments and light meals for yourself and visiting family and friends.

Our rooms come unfurnished so that residents can bring their favourite pieces of furniture and belongings with them to really make their space their own. The home is easily accessible as residents’ rooms are all situated on the ground floor.

We have a lovely communal lounge where you can spend time getting to know the other residents and we like to come together in the communal dining room to share delicious home cooked meals at lunch and dinner time. Relax in the peaceful large garden, which is surrounded by mature trees, where you can enjoy the sunshine, do a spot of gardening or appreciate the sounds of nature.

The home also offers laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, to stay in touch with loved ones or browse the web and operates with a community alarm system that is monitored twenty four hours a day to give you peace of mind.

Our monthly rental charge is fully inclusive and includes: an experienced House Manager and support staff, home-cooked meals every lunchtime and teatime, telephone line rental, call charges and broadband, building and garden maintenance, gas, electricity and water rates, community alarm monitoring.

Abbeyfield Llanfairfechan is in a great location, our home is within walking distance of the local village shops and offers spectacular views. Llanfairfechan is situated on the North Wales coast between the cathedral city of Bangor and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno.  The town’s seafront has stunning views across to Anglesey and the Great Orme. The village has good transport links by road via the North Wales Express Way (A55) and rail links to Bangor and Llandudno for those looking to travel further afield.
