Features
Located in Loughton, at Rider House we want you to make yourself at home. We have en-suite rooms for eight residents, all with their own showers. We also have a bath with a chair lift to make for easier bathing.
All of our rooms are on the ground floor, making the house accessible. Our rooms are nicely furnished but you can still bring your favourite chair or piece of furniture to help personalise it and really make yourself at home.
The house was built in 1972 and is very well appointed being walking distance to the local High Street where there are cafes, restaurants and plenty of shops. There is a bus stop a few yards from the front door and the underground station is nearby. There is also a taxi cab office within walking distance.
At Rider House we pride ourselves on offering a caring and friendly environment where you'll be supported by our wonderful staff. As providers of sheltered housing accommodation, we have a team of caring staff on hand to look after you and also provide delicious, nutritious meals. Each room and ensuite has a 24 hour alarm system fitted which is operated by pendant or pull cord, offering that added peace of mind. There is also someone on site overnight.
We're there for you when you need us.
