Our location
Nestled in the scenic Chiltern Hills, surrounded by stunning greenbelt countryside, Pratt House is a care home situated on the outskirts of the vibrant market town of Amersham.
Our home
Set in its own beautiful grounds, in a quiet residential location, Pratt House has 29 en-suite rooms, comprising of 26 rooms with a shower, toilet and sink and three with a toilet and sink. Many of our rooms overlook our attractive garden and surrounding fields. Some of our rooms are able to accommodate couples who wish to remain together. We also have an assisted bath where residents can bathe comfortably and safely.
Although we can provide furniture, we encourage you to bring your own furniture and personal items from home to customise your room and make it feel like home from the day you move in.
We have CCTV installed on site to provide an added layer of security and ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents, staff and visitors.
Communal spaces
Completing our home is a communal lounge, salon and communal dining room where residents can enjoy three meals a day prepared by our fantastic catering team. If you have any specific dietary requirements our team will adapt menus to suit and liaise with you to make sure there is always something on the menu which you will love. Take a look at the range of delicious meals on our new menu.
We also have a spacious garden filled with beautiful flowers and ample seating so you can enjoy the fresh air and relax in the outdoors whilst catching up with family and friends. Our summer house arrived in 2021, a tranquil oasis in our garden, perfect for a spot of afternoon tea.
