Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society

The Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society have over 35 years’ experience as one of Surrey’s leading providers of home care, sheltered housing, residential and nursing care. The Society is a Registered Charity run by a Board of professional volunteers with an appointed Chief Executive and senior management team to oversee operations.

We pride ourselves on providing secure, relaxed, and homely environments within each home and our Charitable status ensures we offer a competitive pricing structure. We can facilitate a smooth and efficient administration process by working closely with all concerned.

The Philosophy

We offer appropriate levels of care and support to preserve the privacy, dignity and independence of each person and every resident is treated individually with their care being centred around their own needs and choices.

Each home has its unique warm and friendly feel and residents are invited to regular meetings where they have an active role in deciding what happens within the home in which they live.

The Society

The Society is managed as a charity with skilled Trustees and Volunteers drawn from the local community. There is a professional, very experienced and long-serving management team running each home. A strong emphasis is placed on training care staff to meet the medical and social needs of our residents which ensures that the highest quality service can be provided.

The Homes

The spacious bedrooms are all ensuite. There are several lounges in each home to allow for quiet seating, conversation or watching television, as well as spacious dining facilities. Our chefs create a varied daily menu offering a selection of fresh home cooked meals.

A beautiful and well-managed garden is a feature of all the homes and there is an individually designed programme of activities in each home for residents to enjoy.

Throughout the year regular visits to local places of interest are arranged giving residents a true connection within the local communities they live in.
